Alongside his private practice, Manoj has played an active leadership role within the legal profession. He is an elected member of the Law Society Council and was instrumental in establishing Tasmania’s first university-based migration law clinic. He continues to contribute significant pro bono support through community legal centres, reflecting his commitment to equity and community engagement.

His professional contributions have been recognised with multiple accolades, including the Emerging Talent Award (2025), Early Career Lawyer Award (2025), and the Tasmanian Attorney-General’s Award (2024).
