We're a migration law firm with a strong focus on employment-related migration

As not all migration can be linked to employment, we also assist in a wide range of other migration related matters.

Our promise to you

We’re experts

We know migration law inside and out. We keep up-to-date with all changes. This means you get the right advice, at the right time.

We’re honest

From the outset, we will give you honest and upfront advice about your prospects of success.

We keep costs simple

Generally, our costs can be clearly disclosed upfront. So you don’t pay extra for phone calls and emails. No six-minute intervals for us!

We don’t compromise

We give you personalised service that is as good (although we believe better) than the larger law / migration firms. We also do this at a much lower cost!

We speak your language

We won’t provide you with long letters of legal advice when an email will suffice. And we love plain English.

We’re keeping it green

Most firms generate a lot of paper waste. We complete 99% of our work digitally, which helps the environment and your hip pocket.

Why choose us?

Because we love helping people just like you. We aim to provide you with personalised advice and assistance. We have streamlined our processes to be modern, yet simple and straightforward as possible. Your migration objective is always our focus.

Why we do what we do

Established in early 2019, WPM Lawyers is an Australian-owned migration law practice set up by Ricky Bustos who is an Australian lawyer focusing on migration matters. With extensive experience establishing successful migration law practices within large law firms, Ricky recognised a need for a boutique firm that could provide great service, both businesses and individuals, with cost-effective, tailored solutions to their employment and other migration law needs. All of this comes without compromising on the right advice and great service that many clients associate with large law firms.

Because we love what we do, our clients often become our friends. We will often have clients come back to us to help with a partner visa, or even a parent visa. We are also privileged to see many of these same clients proceed with citizenship applications for Australia.
